Demand for diesel cars has caused shortages of diesel fuel!

In Europe, there may be a serious shortage of diesel fuel. Reason - in high demand.
According to the agency Wood McKenzie, in 2006 the deficit amounted to 17 million tons by 2015 will grow to 55 million tons and by 2020 - up to 60 million tons. There are currently 30% occupied by a European fleet vehicles with diesel engines.
Currently, Russia supplies to Europe of 25 million tons. Secretary of the European Association of Petroleum Isabelle Muller suggests that by 2030, this amount could reach 50 million tons. But she said, only 15% of diesel fuel from Russia nomam in line with Euro-4 and the rest had to send for processing to local factories.
